RETURNS

YOU CAN  POST YOUR RETURN EITHER AT YOUR NEAREST UPS DROP-OFF POINT OR YOU CAN ALSO BOOK IN A RETURN COLLECTION BY VISITING UPS WEBSITE ON HTTPS://UPS.COM/ INDICATING YOUR WAYBILL NUMBER ON THE LABEL. PLEASE RETAIN A COPY OF THE PROOF OF RETURN POSTAGE.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND. IF THE RETURN IS APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED WITHIN 14 DAYS.  PLEASE NOTE,  SHIPPING FEES CAN NOT BE REFUNDABLE.
